I had purchased Prestige Oven Toaster Griller few months back. To get the demo I called on the given number on the voucher (for demo). Their customer care people picks up the call and promise that someone will come for the demo in next 24 hours or so but months have passed and no one has shown up.
Very bad service. Attached is the Warranty card and service number.
If they do not have to give demo why they write on the broucher and promise over phone? It's very frustrating to get the promise every time I call and no one comes for the demo. We waste a lot of time waiting for them, leaving our office and other important work.
I am very much frustrated with Prestige company.
